We offer full and partial refunds for the use of our service. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you may contact us within 7 days from the purchase date and we will provide a full refund of your purchase.
- Attending even one of the classes of the particular course you will cancel course subscription and the student get any refund from us.
- We are flexible to adjust your Quran learning fees and schedules to the next month if you wish to transfer the amount to the next month as well. The fee includes public holidays as well. Providing quality service is our aim. Let us know if you have any claim according to our refund policy and we will consider it.
